1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services of Green Editors Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
Green Editors Ltd provides professional design, print, and branding services including but not limited to:
- Logo and graphic design services
- Digital and large format printing
- Brand identity development
- Marketing materials design and production
- Corporate branding solutions
3. Quotations and Pricing
All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change based on project scope modifications, material costs, or other factors. Final pricing will be confirmed before project commencement.
4. Payment Terms
- A deposit of 50% is required before project commencement
- The remaining balance is due upon project completion
- Payment methods include bank transfer, M-Pesa, and cash
- Late payments may incur additional charges
- Projects will not be released until full payment is received
5. Project Timeline
Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:
- Client delays in providing materials or approvals
- Changes to project scope
- Technical difficulties or equipment issues
- Force majeure events
6. Revisions and Changes
Design projects include up to 3 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions beyond this will be charged at our standard hourly rate. Changes to print jobs after approval may incur additional costs.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive rights to use the final deliverables. Green Editors Ltd retains the right to use completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete project information
- Supplying high-quality images and content
- Reviewing and approving proofs in a timely manner
- Ensuring they have rights to use provided materials
- Final approval of all work before printing or delivery
9. Cancellation and Refunds
Project cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. If work has commenced, you will be charged for work completed to date.
10. Liability
Green Editors Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
11. Quality Assurance
We strive for perfection in all our work. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our printing, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will review and remedy legitimate quality issues at no additional cost.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
